The exquisite interior spaces and manicured creek-side setting provide the perfect wedding destination for discerning couples. The elegance of this grand estate, beautifully renovated and maintained, provides the breathtaking backdrop for your dream wedding. Hand-painted murals and opulent interiors re-create the aura of yesteryear when couples married on the family estate, surrounded by loved ones and friends.
Manor staff is available via phone or email to arrange private showings and to answer your questions. Daylight tours and consults are scheduled 7 days a week. To ensure our guest’s privacy, we cannot offer showings while an event is taking place.
Moonstone Manor provides
The venue rental fee for Moonstone Manor is the charge you incur for the use of the grounds, chapel, first floor public rooms in the mansion, bridal suite, groom’s room, catering tent, event tent, and five guest bathrooms. The event tent includes white chandeliers, twinkle lights, globe lighting and a beautiful fabric liner under the tent ceiling. Side walls have chapel windows which pull back (similar to draperies) to open the tent to the gardens and grounds. All other costs (i.e., additional changing rooms, food, beverages, rental items, musicians, florists, etc.) are separate from the venue fee and must be contracted for independently with other vendors. Colored LED lights are an additional lighting option available at an additional charge through Hess Tent Rentals.
Our standard pricing asks for a 50% deposit, with the balance due 6 months prior to the event. Payment plans are available that are custom designed for you and your budget. Venue charges are non-refundable.
Professional and accommodating staff is provided from contract signing to the end of the event, to answer questions, and provide assistance, by phone and email, as well as in person conferences or site visits.
We do not accept credit cards. We accept checks, cash and/or money orders. No gratuity is charged or expected by Moonstone staff—it is our pleasure to serve you and your guests during your event. In accordance with our operational permit, no amplified music is allowed after 10:00 pm and alcohol service to reception guests must cease by 9:30 pm.
